Provides a basic AuthenticationProvider base class that can be used to create simple AuthenticationProviders in the same way allowed by the old authentication API.

SimpleAuthenticationProvider	Provides means of retrieving a set of named GuacamoleConfigurations for a given Credentials object.
SimpleConnection	An extremely basic Connection implementation.
SimpleConnectionDirectory	An extremely simple read-only implementation of a Directory of GuacamoleConfigurations which provides access to a pre-defined Map of GuacamoleConfigurations.
SimpleConnectionGroup	An extremely simple read-only implementation of a ConnectionGroup which returns the connection and connection group directories it was constructed with.
